Jennifer Aniston Shows Her Feminist Side, Stars in Two Upcoming Movies
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Aniston will star together in a romantic comedy. The movie will feature many other well known celebrities, including Drew Barrymore and Scarlett Johansen. It is definitely safe to say that this movie is going to be very popular and probably very packed on its opening night, mainly due to all of the talented celebrities that will be starring in it.

According to Yahoo's OMG, there is one thing that former Friends star Jennifer Aniston doesn't like about the movie. It is the title... or the whole entire concept of the movie, for that matter, that bothers Jennifer Aniston.

The movie that these celebrities will play in is called He's Just Not That Into You. Yahoo's OMG reports that Jennifer Anniston said in a recent issue of New York Times Magazine, "I wish it was She's Just Not That Into You...Unfortunately, it's He's Just Not That Into You. The other would be more empowering." This comment clearly shows Jennifer Aniston's feminist side.

In reality, a movie about a girl not being into a guy would be a slightly new perspective to the average chick flick. While there are some movies that include female characters that empower male characters, it is generally more common for the women to be seeking the attention of the men. Although the idea of the movie He's Just Not That Into You seems a bit cliché and very played out, She's Just Not That Into You would be a really fresh idea. Since the chick flick industry is targeted at women, for the most part, it makes sense that a female character that is empowering would draw more viewers!

In any case, it should be very interesting to see Jennifer Aniston star in this particular movie, even if she doesn't like the idea of men empowering women. It's amusing to see Ben Affleck play a leading role alongside a Jennifer, since he seems to have a thing for Jen's.

As talented as Jennifer Aniston, Ben Affleck, Drew Barrymore, and Scarlett Johansen are, it seems that this movie is definitely going to be worth the wait! Also don't forget that Jennifer Aniston will be starring in an upcoming comedy called Marley & Me, which is based off a very well known children's book, alongside Owen Wilson!

I hope these movies do well. I remember how she noted that one would be opening on the same day as that of her ex, Brad Pitt (in a discussion on Oprah). I think she has had a rough go of it and handled the pressure amazingly well.
